Zech Williams

Zech Williams is Commodity Manager at Würth Industry USA, where he leads the development and execution of sourcing and procurement strategies for externally and internally threaded steel fasteners. In this role, he manages key supplier relationships, drives sourcing initiatives, and works closely with global and domestic partners to ensure supply continuity, cost optimization, and long-term business growth.

With more than a decade of experience in procurement, supply chain management, inventory planning, and manufacturing operations, Zech has built a career focused on creating efficient supply networks and delivering operational excellence. Prior to his current role, he served as Purchasing Manager for Würth Revcar Industrial Division, overseeing strategic sourcing programs and supplier management initiatives across a broad portfolio of products and services.

Before joining Würth Industry USA, Zech held procurement and supply chain leadership positions with Stolle Machinery Company, where he managed procurement activities for precision sheet metal and painted components used in final assembly operations. He also spent several years with Hoosier Crane Service Company, advancing through roles including Supply Chain Coordinator, Material and Production Manager, Senior Buyer/Planner, and Supply Chain Manager. During this time, he led inventory planning, purchasing, logistics, manufacturing support, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business functions.
