The ESM contains important information regarding show regulations, mandatory forms, deadlines, and ordering services. We recommend reviewing this information with your trade show coordinator.
The exhibitor console allows verified exhibitors to access all show services in one location. You can update your listing, add product categories, view the floor plan, pay an invoice, register for badges, and more. PLEASE NOTE: This is a NEW login link from prior years.
IFE Match is a digital platform that allows exhibitors and attendees to connect before, during, and after the show. Access the platform from your computer or mobile device to update your company information, request meetings with attendees, and prepare for the expo. Watch the exhibitor training video for more information about the platform. Your Registration ID can be found in the exhibitor console or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.

Use this checklist as your guideline for important deadline dates for the show. Be sure to meet the discount deadlines as these can save you money over on-site prices.
All personnel accessing the show floor must register for a badge. Each company has six complimentary registrations. Additional registrations are currently $75 and will increase to $100 on June 28th.

All personnel accessing on the show floor are required to wear an “EXHIBITOR” badge at all times. Each company is allotted 3 badges per 10’x10′ booth. If you need additional badges, there is a $50 administrative fee per badge. Lost badges onsite are $50 to reprint.
Make sure your company information entered in the exhibitor portal is correct for the official Expo Directory. The Expo Directory will be handed out on show site to all attendees and exhibitors.
You may be contacted by third party companies purportedly offering services related to the event. Please be aware that many of these companies are not affiliated in any way with the event, are not endorsed by us, and may be offering services that are either subpar, misleading, or fraudulent. We do not in any way endorse or condone these companies and we are not responsible for their behavior. Any business arrangements regarding the event that you may make through unaffiliated third-party companies are at your own risk and expense.
EventSphere is the official housing provider of the International Fastener Expo. We do not endorse booking hotel reservations through any source other than EventSphere. Other third-party companies may contact you in an effort to get you to book through them. Should you book a room through any other company, we will not be able to protect you from a non-refundable deposit or lack of reservation completely. Should you be contacted by someone other than EventSphere, please let us know by emailing email@example.com.
Exercise caution when dealing with or responding to solicitations from unofficial contractors offering services for the expo. Each year, unofficial contractors target expo exhibitors with email and faxes in attempt to solicit orders for expo services (i.e., carpet, advertising, shipping, etc.). Some of these solicitations may bare our expo name and logo with the intent of confusing or misleading exhibitors into thinking that the contractors sending them are associated with the International Fastener Expo. Exhibitors are not required to use Official Expo Vendors, but please be aware that outside contractors must be approved by the show and may require exhibitors to pay additional costs. Exhibitors may also incur other financial obligations in the event their designated contractors fail to perform.
Some exhibitors may receive an invitation to purchase a list of buyers attending the International Fastener Expo. Legally, companies are allowed to perform data collection through paid sponsorship and partnerships that are authorized by the International Fastener Expo. Through various methods not directly controlled by Show Management, companies might perform data collection regarding attendees at the International Fastener Expo and claim that they have an attendee list for purchase. With respect to fair and competitive business practices, we do not support or verify unauthorized selling of our attendee data.
