Bryan Mace

Bryan Mace is President of Sems and Specials Incorporated, where he leads strategic growth initiatives and operational excellence for the organization. With more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing, engineered products, and industrial operations, Bryan has built a career focused on driving performance, developing teams, and scaling businesses across multiple markets.

Prior to joining Sems and Specials Incorporated, Bryan held several leadership roles within the Marmon/Berkshire Hathaway portfolio of companies. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Operations at Future Metals, overseeing operational strategy and execution across the organization. Before that, he was General Manager for multiple regional business units, leading growth and operational improvements across Florida, Connecticut, Ohio, and Texas.

Bryan also spent more than five years with Nylok LLC, where he served as both General Manager and Business Unit Manager, leading manufacturing operations, customer-focused growth initiatives, and cross-functional teams. Earlier in his career, he held product management and engineering positions with Winpak, ITW, Solo Cup Company, and Moriroku Technology North America, building a strong foundation in product development, project management, and manufacturing excellence.
