Business doesn’t just start—or stop—on the show floor.

From the annual Golf Tournament and the NEW IFAS Summit to the Expo, Welcome Party at the Churchill, Fastener Fest Happy Hour, and After Dark Party at Sazerac, IFE is surrounded by opportunities to make new connections, reconnect with existing ones, strengthen industry relationships, and build new partnerships.

These events are more than just networking opportunities, they’re an extension of the show experience and some of the best places to engage with the fastener industry outside the exhibit hall.

IFE Golf Tournament

October 7 | 8:00 am – 1:00 pm | Papago Golf Club

Kick off IFE week on the course alongside customers, prospects, and industry peers. The annual Golf Tournament remains one of the show’s most popular networking traditions and offers sponsors a unique opportunity to engage in a casual setting before the Expo begins.

Golf participants will also receive an Uber credit for golf course transport in the amount of $25 as well as free access to our IFE Welcome Party at The Churchill from 5:00pm- 8:00pm on October 7th with one drink ticket and one meal ticket included.

October 7 | 8:00 am -5:00 pm

IFE Welcome Party at The Churchill

October 7 | 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm | The ChurchHill

Located in Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row Arts District, just a 15-minute walk from the Phoenix Convention Center, the IFE Welcome Party is where exhibitors, attendees, and industry partners come together before opening day to reconnect and make new connections.

Admission: $25 per person

Admission includes:

Fastener Fest

October 8 | 3:00 pm -4:00 pm

New this year, the final hour of Opening Day turns social. Sponsored in-booth bars, food carts, and a VIP Bar transform the show floor into a lively networking happy hour. These relaxed gathering spaces give you the perfect setting to keep conversations flowing before the show floor closes.

After Dark Party at Sazerac

October 8 | 8:00 pm – 10:00 pm | Sazerac

The Official After Dark Networking Event — just 3 minutes from Phoenix Convention Center.

Unwind with fellow attendees at Sazerac for great music, genuine conversations, and a night built for making real connections.

Round out the evening with a curated cigar selection, fire pit patio, and an on-site food truck. Don’t miss the opportunity to enjoy the perfect social atmosphere after the convention floor closes, from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
