Today, as Senior Vice President of Solutions, Jeff oversees Fastenal’s customer-facing technology strategy, including Managed Inventory Technology, Digital Solutions, and Crib Management Software. Under his leadership, Fastenal has introduced innovations like FASTBin, expanded technology-driven programs from $1B to over $3B in revenue, and streamlined global vendor-managed inventory solutions. Jeff’s passion lies in leveraging technology to drive productivity in industrial supply chains, creating solutions that empower teams and enhance customer satisfaction.
