Scott McDaniel

Scott McDaniel is Executive Vice President of Martin Inc., a leading provider of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) solutions, where he oversees strategic growth initiatives, operational excellence, and customer-focused innovation. With more than 30 years of experience across the fastener, industrial distribution, supply chain, and manufacturing sectors, Scott is widely recognized for his expertise in leadership, business transformation, and global supply chain strategy.

In addition to his role at Martin Inc., Scott currently serves as Immediate Past President of the National Fastener Distributors Association (NFDA), following leadership positions as President and Vice President. Through his involvement with NFDA, he has played an active role in advancing industry collaboration, workforce development, and best practices throughout the fastener distribution community.

Prior to joining Martin Inc., Scott served as Managing Director of North America for TR Fastenings, where he led regional growth initiatives and customer engagement strategies. He also founded Self Employco, a supply chain and sales consulting firm focused on helping organizations improve operational performance and commercial effectiveness. Earlier leadership roles include Vice President of Supply Chain and Operations at Guardian Bikes, Vice President and General Manager of Industrial and MRO at Optimas Solutions, and several executive positions at Wurth Adams, including CEO and Managing Director.
