In addition to the Hall of Fame award, we are excited to continue the tradition of recognizing the achievements of young professionals in the fastener industry. The Young Fastener Professional of the Year award celebrates individuals who are 40 years or younger within the industry who have shown exceptional leadership and potential in their field.
