IFE is now accepting submissions for virtual sessions on IFE Replay, giving you the chance to showcase your fastener knowledge and insights anytime and anywhere on a digital platform. Whether you’re sharing innovative strategies, in-depth research, or actionable best practices, this is your opportunity to share with your peers worldwide.

 

How It Works

 

  • Submit Your Session Proposal: Complete our online submission form, linked at the bottom of this page, with your session proposal details.
  • Approval Process: Virtual sessions can be submitted anytime, there is no close date for the form. Proposals are then reviewed monthly by the IFE team. Once your session is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps and work together on scheduling for the recording and prepare for the video to be posted on IFE Replay.

Please note, if submitting 2 weeks before or after IFE’s annual tradeshow there may be a delay in reviewing your proposal.

  • Create your Recording: Your session will be recorded through your laptop/computer camera. We’ll provide support throughout the process to ensure your presentation looks and sounds its best.

Just as we curate IFE’s in-person education program, our virtual sessions are designed to deliver cutting-edge content addressing the fastener industry’s most pressing challenges and innovative solutions, with a focus on industrial manufacturing, distribution, and OEMs. IFE strives to build a diverse group of presenters, reflecting the broad array of learning levels, generational representation, topic specialization and perspectives, job functions and roles, genders, cultures, company sizes, and industry segments.

Proposals should address research, analysis, use cases, and/or applications in any of the following areas:

FASTENER APPLICATIONS

focuses on materials, coatings, and configurations that meet the specialized needs of projects and functions. These sessions will explore innovative designs that address challenges in high-performance environments, delivering reliability, and efficiency for specific use cases.

How Selections Work

IFE Show Management review and evaluate all proposed conference sessions based on the following criteria:

  • Clear focus aligned with overall program goals
  • Quality of proposed session
  • Practical application of content
  • Relevance and timeliness to industry trends
  • Speaker expertise and credentials

To be considered as a speaker, your presentation must be educational in focus. Content promoting specific products, companies, or services is not permitted, as it violates the conference’s “no-pitch” policy. You will receive an email notification if your presentation is selected.

All virtual sessions are considered voluntary without compensation for speaking.
